ERROR: Failed due to multiple communication errors.

This error is returned in case that connection between box and target device is unstable.

- Badly connected/soldered

- Bad ribbon cable

- RTCK/TCK sampling rate too high

- In rare cases, target device is malfunctioning, or it's powered off.

First (and easiest) solution to try is to lower down the sampling rate:

If this doesn't help, user should check connection cables/soldering/JIG.
